However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right!
RETURN your item(s) within 30 days upon delivery for a no-hassle FULL refund.
EXCHANGE within 30 days upon delivery.
Eligibility for Refund or Return
- Jewellery must be in unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on special order items.
- Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged.
- Costs associated with return shipping are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Damaged goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days; however, you are required to submit all necessary proof of purchase and images via email before it can be processed.
- If 30 days have already passed since your order has been
delivered, we regret we are unable to offer a refund of any kind.
Refunds will be credited in the same form of payment as your original purchase. Please allow 15
days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping
and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded.
Re-pack your order securely in its original packaging. The jewelry must be unworn to be eligible for a return or exchange.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Make sure you have your proof of purchase. For damaged items, please make sure you have photos of the damage.
