WHAT IS THE BASE METAL?
Harma uses high quality environmentally friendly copper, sterling silver and jewelry grade stainless steel as base metals and uses highly refined 14k, 18K, 24K gold, platinum and rhodium for plating. All pieces are tested to ensure they are hypoallergenic and free of allergy causing materials such as zinc, nickel and lead.
I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN, IS IT HYPOALLERGENIC?
Yes. All Harma jewelry is hypoallergenic. It is free of harmful metals such as nickel, lead and cadmium and should not cuase allergy.
However, in rare cases allergic reactions are still possible and precautions should be taken for those who have open wounds, eczema, dermatitis or other pre-existing conditions/sensitivities.
HOW TO KEEP MY JEWELRY LOOKING FRESH?
In order to get the most out of your jewelry and to maintain it’s everlasting shine, your jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and first thing you take off at night.
Generally:

- On a regular basis gently polish and buff your jewelry with a dry cotton or microfiber cloth to remove any dirt or lint.
- Avoid dropping on hard surfaces that can damage or scratch stones and metal.
- Store jewelry in a box or pouch away from any abrasive materials such as rubbing alcohols, nail polish remover or other strong chemicals.
- Remove any jewelry before swimming, bathing or any other sporting/physical activity.
- Limit contact with cosmetics bleaching agents.
Harma jewelry is crafted carefully to ensure color longevity. It does not discolor or tarnish unless it comes into contact with chemicals. It is advised to remove all jewelry before using cleaning or bleaching products. Some cosmetics and bath salts contain strong bleaching or eroding agents which may damage your piece. Long-term contact of jewelry pieces with such products should be avoided.
If taken care, Harma jewelry can last years.
HOW TO CLEAN MY JEWELRY PIECES?
Care and maintenance differ between sterling silver and plated jewelry:
- Sterling silver (92.5% pure silver) jewelry should be cleaned with a soft brush and soapy water only if needed. Soft toothbrush is often an ideal tool to clean sterling silver jewelry.
- Plated jewelry should be wiped clean with a dry cotton cloth on a regular basis to remove any sweat or water residue. It is highly recommended to avoid using any polish or cleaning chemicals
ORDER, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
HOW TO BUY WITH PICK UP OPTION?
Customers who reside within the Greater Toronto Area have the option to pick up their orders after making an order online.
At checkout, make sure to choose pick up option. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked with further instructions.
CAN I SHOP AT YOUR LOCATION IN-PERSON?
As Harma is a woman owned and woman led home based business, jewelry displays and showings are done at residential address by appointment only. To make an appointment, book your appointment here or email us at email letstalk@harma.ca
All payment methods are accepted for in-store purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING I ORDERED WAS OUT OF STOCK?
From time to time, products no longer in stock may not be reflected on the website at the time of your order. In this case, Harma reserves the right to cancel your order. You will be informed via email that the order has been canceled and payment refunded. If your order is urgent please contact us for future availability of the product.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ?
We offer FREE Worldwide shipping on orders of $100+
On orders less than $100, there is a flat rate of $9.99 for Canada and USA orders and $14.99 international.
Free untracked shipping is available for orders less than $100 within Canada. No minimum order amount required.
Gift boxes are not included when this option is selected.
Please ensure you provide the correct address – lost, stolen or undelivered packages are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
ORDER PROCESSING
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~3 business days, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.
If your order has been processing for more than 5 business days, please contact us at letstalk@harma.ca and we’ll help you out immediately.
SHIPPING | DOMESTIC
Non-custom orders ship within 1-2 business days! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery time for Canadaian orders: 3-6 business days
SHIPPING | INTERNATIONAL
International US orders ship with USPS tracked packet and take 5-10 business days to deliver. Free shipping on orders over $100.
Shipping to all other countries other than North America is untracked. Delivery is within 6-12 business days. Free shipping on orders over $100 with flat rate of $14.99 on orders less than $100.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE ?
Yes, we ship our orders worldwide to a total of 241 countries.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY CUSTOM FEES?
We pay for all customs duties and taxes for our international Family! In the case that courier service request customs and duties from you, please make the payment and promptly advice us with the receipt and amount you paid. We will be happy to cover that and will look into this issue so it may not happen again.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY ?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days after arrival for a no-hassle FULL refund.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our policy lasts for 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please email us at letstalk@harma.ca with your order number so we can provide you with the proper instructions and address to process your refund.
Once a return is received successfully and verified to be in good order, the refund minus shipping charge and restocking fee (if applicable) will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH SALE ITEMS ?
Sale items are all final & cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW DO I EDIT, CANCEL, OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been submitted, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours after your purchase as we tend to process our orders pretty quickly! If you are within this time frame, please email us at letstalk@harma.ca and we’ll help you out immediately.
Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you selected are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is correct, and the payment method you are using is good to go!
